Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM GMT on a business day will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic (UK) Shipping Options:
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are estimates only. For UK consumers: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order, in accordance with consumer rights.
3. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickup Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

International Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to various rules and restrictions, and you may be liable for additional taxes and duties (including customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees) once your order reaches your country. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are levied once the package reaches your country.
Galedi Fabrics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
5. Shipping Disclaimers
- Third-Party Suppliers: In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products directly to you.
- Order Tracking: If your chosen shipping option includes tracking, we will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Delays: If delivery is delayed for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date. For UK/EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights.
